The first rule of fitness diet

 

         The first rule of fitness diet tells that I should give dinner to the enemy. If I am supposed not to have any enemies in my life, then I have to refuse my dinner at all.

          It happens every day: in the morning I don’t feel like having breakfast, during the day I am full of hands at work so that I have no chance to reach the dining room, and after work I go to fitness gym. It is our tradition, honestly saying. When I finally get home, I cannot stop but eating and eating something all the time. It is impossible to leave the kitchen. So in the evening I get the bulk of daily calories. I don’t eat my daily norm gradually, as a rule, just as a one large portion, so I become fatter and wider. In science, this diet is little by little frustrating hormonal secretion. And if you are close to 40 years old, you can feel it with all your body, because your weight will be higher and higher.
