the first: mood swings. It also depends on fitness diet. It turns out
that mood is directly dependent on muscle tone. And the muscle tone,
in its turn, depends on the level of sugar in the blood. Immediately
after the meal, it is grown up, and then slowly decreases, and after
3-4 hours it becomes minimal. Accordingly, the mood has deteriorated
sharply. Suddenly everything starts to irritate. If do not eat, it
will be worse. I feel like sleeping. But sleeping on the job is impossible.
I have to fight with this mood. And it hurts and irritates. I don’t
feel easy to get with the situation. As a result, I go to fitness club
absolutely broken. I look at the gym with sad eyes and think: well,
why do I want this torture? And in addition, I am frantically mad of
sweets. And at this moment I forget about fitness diet. |
