I look at the gym with sad eyes and think: well, why do I want this torture? And in addition, I am frantically mad of sweets. And at this moment I forget about fitness diet.

          In fact, there is a strong rule: you should have meals frequently, but little by little, bit by bit. Such a fitness diet reduces the secretion of hormones, stocking fat for future use, to the barest minimum. Besides the blood sugar level is not jumping, the mood is smooth, quiet. And what does it mean to eat often? After every 2.5 - 3 hours. If you can not do it, then at least you have to eat one third of calories (ideally - half) before your supper.
